
The Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine is designed with a circular platform. It is highly efficient and saves a lot of floor space in a factory.
Working Principle Step-by-Step:
- Feeding: Empty ampoules are loaded into the machine’s feeding hopper.
- Gripping: A specialized gripper system picks up the ampoules and turns them upside down.
- Stationary Movement: The ampoules move in a circular (rotary) motion through different washing stations.
- Internal Washing: Fine needles enter the neck of the ampoule and spray cleaning fluids directly inside.
- External Washing: While the inside is being cleaned, outside nozzles spray the exterior of the glass.
- Washing Media: The machine typically uses Recycled Water, Purified Water, and WFI (Water for Injection), followed by Compressed Air to dry the inside.
- Production Capacity: Generally ranges from 100 to 240 ampoules per minute.
- Suitable Sizes: Can handle sizes from 1ml to 20ml with minor adjustments.
- Environment: Perfect for small to medium-sized production lines where space is limited but high-quality cleaning is required.
