
The Multijet Ampoule Washing Machine is a tray-based system that uses a high number of jets to clean ampoules in bulk.
Working Principle Step-by-Step:
- Tray Loading: Ampoules are placed in a special “Combi Tray” that holds them in an organized grid.
- Alignment: The tray is placed into the machine where the needles align perfectly with the mouth of each ampoule.
- Multi-Directional Cleaning: The machine uses a “Multi-jet” system, meaning many needles work at the same time to spray water and air.
- Washing Stages: It goes through a timed sequence of Purified Water, WFI, and filtered Compressed Air.
- External Spraying: An overhead spray system cleans the outside of the ampoules while they are held in the tray.
- High-Speed Suitability: Since it washes many ampoules at once, it is excellent for high-volume batch production.
- Suitable Sizes: Very flexible; it can wash 1ml to 25ml ampoules and even small vials.
- Compliance: Designed for clean room use and is fully GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compatible.
