The Vial Washing Machine ARVW-300 is a much faster machine built for large-scale production lines. It uses a “Linear” or “Continuous” movement logic, meaning the vials never really stop moving. It features more washing stations than the smaller models, which allows it to use multiple types of water (like recycled water followed by fresh WFI) in a very short time.
This model is built with heavy-duty frames to prevent vibration at high speeds, ensuring that the washing needles stay perfectly aligned with the vial necks even when processing hundreds of units per minute.
